Dear friends,

Friends, we must admit this was a hard and painful moment, but all in all God was in control and has all the answers to our many question. Manuela was among the three beautiful girls that made Selpher look like a proud happy mother of triplet.

Sunday the 9th was just a normal day for Manuela, and the visiting team from our church had happy time with her, but that evening we had to rash her to hospital with our friend Sam who quickly responded to our emergence call. This was not his first time to answer such a call; Sam has been of great help especially in times of emergence.

Selpher spend a night in the hospital with the baby, but Monday morning the situation worsened and Manuela was moved into intensive care unit (ICU) and at 10:30 pm according to the doctor’s report, she succumbed to her death due to respiratory failure which was caused by aspiration feeds. She was six months old. As Manuela lay in the morgue, Delight a two weeks old baby was in the children ward with none stopping Diarrhoea. Now she looks much better and out from the hospital.
