June 2011 (Read the full version in pdf)

Dear Friends,

Time flows like a river, it does not wait for any one, we daily chase for it, some times try to be a head of it and by the time you realise it is end of June and so, we here sincerely thank each one of you for your monthly support and we are so grateful to all those who contributed towards the hospital bill for the little boy. He has improved so greatly and now looks a happy boy.
Our newest members are boy and a girl and were both abandoned in a public hospital almost at the same time. We received them when the boy was two months old and the girl one month old. This added our number to seven and for now we can only accommodate up to eleven babies. We have three committed staff members that are involve in doing every thing without specific job; this involves laundry, cooking feeding and caring.

Time fly’ s out so fast, and so is our children, they  are growing so fast, the oldest is almost clocking two years and we have two who are over one year old. We enjoy every stage of their growth it has its own fun as well as challenge, but God’s grace is always sufficient.

When we asked God for a house to start the ministry for caring the abandoned babies, we were very grateful we got this house for we did not have much choice, and now the ministry is on. We enjoy plenty of fresh water and we not complaining, however we have these three reasons which make us want to move out tomorrow, but still we left without much choice.

1. Our Children are growing both in number and age and soon we will have no room for them to run around.

2. The house has a flat concrete roof and with the sun, it can be extremely hot inside and it’s very uncomfortable for babies

3. The pictures is our view right in front of our house and what you see is bundles of  factory rejected tea leaves which daily is sorted, t packed and sold. This process brings a lot of dust and we find it unhealthy for our babies, all time they have running nose and coughing, something has to be done so fast.

Life in reality
We are operating under a very tight budget, what we get monthly is about 40% of our total monthly budget. We can not afford to pay our three girls on staff as is required, but they survive on just a little token. Many a times is when our accounts have run dry or most of the time is in red, then we have some bill a waiting to be paid just like now. Daily we pray for God’s miracle to meet us at the very point of our need.

We have walked in the bank knowing very well there is zero in the account and behind us there are innocent babies all waiting for food or baby formula and then you walk out from the bank quietly as if all is well or full of  joy because of what He has Done. God has been so faithful to us and no single day we have lacked to supply for them. Whenever we think this is it, here is the end of the road, then a door we were not seeing or expecting just open in front of us. We are patiently waiting the day God will open for us that door of abundance.

We honestly thank you so much for your contribution to this noble work, it means a lot and we believe together we can make their world a better place.

Lots of love Peter & Selpher
